In Nov 1984 (ex UXB) Col & Mick patched up their differences with Little Winston of 'Crazy Plane Records'
and the band went into Switch Studio at Wolverhampton and cut a blistering version of Paul's song 'Sirens' (this really is a brilliant song, also recorded that day was 'The Traveller' featuring Mick's magnificent moody lead vocal.
These two tracks were cut to an acetate test 7" and sent to all the West Midlands radio stations. It was regularly played on Wolverhampton's Beacon Radio and also BRMB Radio of Birmingham.
But once again the infamous 'Crazy Plane Curse' hit the band and they parted company with Little Winston, and the single was tragically never released properly.
